Returns & Exchanges

If the 50 Strong product that you purchased just isn’t working for you as expected, we would be happy to refund your purchase price or exchange your product. Just email us at info@be50strong.com with the type of the bottle that you purchased, the color, where and when you purchased the item, and why you would like to make a return or exchange. Our customer service team will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges and you will be responsible for all return freight charges. Also, for your protection and convenience, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. It just makes it easier on everyone to know where your package is located at all times.
